Learn how to benchmark your organisation’s resilience and identify the actions you need to take to ensure your clients get the support they need, even after a ‘worst case scenario’.
This one-day workshop will take you through the Australian Council of Social Service online Resilient Community Organisations resources, including the Bench marking Tool
and the ‘6 Steps to Resilience’ Tool. The workshop will be delivered by Stuart Reid from the WA Council of Social Service. As well as being a lively and engaging workshop facilitator,
Stuart is a veteran of Darwin’s Cyclone Tracy so he has some first-hand experience as well.
This is one of a series being run around WA as a result of a Natural Disaster Resilience Program Grant. This 14 February 2018 workshop is being run for small and/or volunteer run community organisations and as such will be free. (Medium – large organisations please register for the 15 February workshop).
