The WACOSS Perth office is located at Level 2, 3 Loftus St, West Leederville, 6007. Our office is on Whadjuk Noongar Country, in Boorloo (Perth).

Building entrance

Stairs to access the building entrance are located at the corner of Macewan St and Oxford Close.

A ramp to the building entrance is located on Oxford Close (near Railway Parade)

The entrance to the lifts is located to the right of Beyond Bank.

Getting here

  • Parking
  • Limited 2 hour paid parking is available on Oxford Close and Macewan Street.
  • A Secure Parking public carpark is located at 164 Railway Parade (which is approximately a five minute walk). This is approximately 350 metres away. There is a steep ramp exiting the carpark however, the rest of the route is paved and wheelchair accessible. 

Train

  • City West Train Station (Fremantle line) is approximately 550m away. The route is mostly flat and paved. 
  • Leederville Train Station (Joondalup line) is approximately 500m away. The route has a slight incline but is wheelchair accessible. 
  • West Leederville Train Station (Fremantle line) is approximately 900m away. The route is mostly flat and paved.

Bus

Railway St City West Station Stop

General information

  • All visitors are required to sign in on arrival, and sign out when they leave. This is for security and to accurately record who is in the office in case of emergency.
  • Visitors to our office are welcome to wear a mask, regardless of the current requirements in WA. 
  • We endeavour to make all of our work accessible to as many people as possible. If you, or someone you know, is attending one of our events or visiting our office, please let our staff know if you require any accommodations.
  • There are designated male, female and accessible toilets on our floor. Our floor has a LH accessible bathroom. There are RH accessible toilets available on the floors if required.
  • Assistance animals are welcome and drinking water is available. 
  • Please tell staff if you will be bringing your assistance dog to the office. Our office is dog friendly, however we will ensure that no other dogs are on the premises for your visit.

First Aid

  • WACOSS has two staff trained in First-Aid (who may or may not be in the office at the time you visit).
  • There is a First Aid kit available in the kitchen. 
  • There are two defibrillators located in the building:

  • The closest pharmacy is West Perth Pharmacy, 1260 Hay Street, West Perth. 
  • The nearest hospital is Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Hospital Avenue, Nedlands. It an emergency, an ambulance should be called on 000. Our address is Level 2, 3 Loftus Street, West Leederville.

In case of an emergency

  • WACOSS has two staff who are trained Fire Wardens. 
  • In the case of an emergency evacuation, you must follow the instructions given by a Fire Warden, to exit the building.
  • When you visit the office, please tell us if you need help in the event of an evacuation. We will ensure the Fire Wardens are made aware.
