The WACOSS Perth office is located at Level 2, 3 Loftus St, West Leederville, 6007. Our office is on Whadjuk Noongar Country, in Boorloo (Perth).

Building entrance

Stairs to access the building entrance are located at the corner of Macewan St and Oxford Close.

A ramp to the building entrance is located on Oxford Close (near Railway Parade)

The entrance to the lifts is located to the right of Beyond Bank.

Getting here

Parking

  • Limited 2 hour paid parking is available on Oxford Close and Macewan Street.
  • A Secure Parking public carpark is located at 164 Railway Parade (which is approximately a five minute walk).

Train

  • City West Train Station (Fremantle line) is a six minute walk. 
  • Leederville Train Station (Joondalup line) is a six minute walk. 
  • West Leederville Train Station (Fremantle line) is a 10 minute walk.

Bus

  • The Railway St City West Station Stop (on Railway Street at the City West Train Station) is a five minute walk, and services bus numbers 81, 82, 83, 84, 85 and the free Green CAT.
  • The Cambridge St after Southport St Stop (on Cambridge Street) is a six minute walk (450m), and services bus numbers 81, 82, 83, 84, and 85. 
  • The Bus Access Rd Stand 1 Stop (at Leederville Train Station) is a five minute walk (400m), and services the Green CAT bus. 
  • The Bus Access Rd Stand 2 Stop (at Leederville Train Station) is a five minute walk (400m) and services bus number 96.
  • The Thomas St before Subiaco Rd Stop (on Loftus street) is a three minute walk (200m) and services bus number 96.

Taxi and Rideshare

You can be dropped off outside the office if there is an available space to pull over. 

The closest taxi rank is located at Watertown Brand Outlet in West Perth, which is a twelve minute walk (950m).

General information

  • All visitors are required to sign in on arrival, and sign out when they leave. This is for security and also so we have an accurate record of who is in the office in case we need to evacuate during an emergency.
  • Visitors to our office are welcome to wear a mask, regardless of the current mask-wearing requirements in WA. 
  • We endeavour to make all of our work accessible to as many people as possible. If you, or someone you know, will be attending one of our events and has access requirements please let our staff know how best to accommodate you and your needs.
  • There are designated male, female and disability toilets on our floor.
  • Assistance animals are welcome and drinking water is available.

First Aid

  • WACOSS has two staff trained in First-Aid (who may or may not be in the office at the time you visit).
  • There is a First Aid kit available in the kitchen. 
  • There are two defibrillators located in the building:
    • Beyond Bank – Ground Floor – 9382 0465
    • Orica – Level Five – 1300 555 175
  • The closest pharmacy is West Perth Pharmacy, 1260 Hay Street, West Perth. 
  • The nearest hospital is Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Hospital Avenue, Nedlands. It an emergency, an ambulance should be called on 000. Our address is Level 2, 3 Loftus Street, West Leederville.

In case of an emergency

  • WACOSS has two staff who are trained Fire Wardens. 
  • In the case of an emergency evacuation, you must follow the instructions given by a Fire Warden, to exit the building.
