100 Families WA is a three-year research project that aims to gain a deep understanding of hardship in Western Australia by investigating, alongside families, their experiences. Importantly, the project aims to establish what helps and what hinders people trying to break free from the cycle of disadvantage, and use this information to support change, both in the service delivery and policy-making space.

The project is deep collaboration between WACOSS, the University of Western Australia, and seven community service organisations.

100 Families WA is funded by Lotterywest.
