Leadership WA is a for-purpose organisation with the mission of transforming our participants into courageous leaders and helping create an environment in which they can thrive and contribute positive social impact. WACOSS are excited to partner with Leadership WA to support two, one-day workshops for the Pilbara Community Sector in June 2019.
The leadership experience will explore:

- Emotional Intelligence
- Communication skills & styles
- Management vs. Leadership
- Team building skills
- Maximising impact
Program participants will be invited to design and participate in a Pilbara-based community of practice model, connecting Leadership WA alumni throughout the region.
