Originally practicing as an employment and workplace relations lawyer, Lyn-Lee is passionate about creating connections and utilising the voice of many to create action. Lyn-Lee is part of the NDS Workforce Subcommittee, a LASA Next Generation Ambassador and has worked closely with CCI on a number of industrial matters relating to the pay for Support Workers in Aged Care and noted the potential impact on the Disability Sector. It is Lyn-Lee’s belief that the voices of many within the sector can help inform policy makers and funders better understand the real issues that face the sector as a whole.
