Full time fixed-term until 30 June 2025

The WA Digital Inclusion Project has been established to support the digital skill, knowledge and capability needs of front-line community service workers and their clients. The project will support people to fully participate in a society experiencing rapid digital transformation in every aspect of our work and social lives and gain the significant social and economic benefits it can deliver. This role is a unique opportunity to join a sector-wide shift towards digital inclusion that aims to improve the access, affordability and – most importantly for this role – ability of more than 45,000 community members to better access services online.

The key purpose of this role is to coordinate the development and delivery of our “train the trainer” program to 1,500 front-line community service workers and provide ongoing support with ability-focused initiatives of the project. The position will be supported by the Capability and Sustainability Lead, Digital Inclusion Project.
