Emma is the Chief Executive Officer of Palmerston Association, a leading and respected alcohol and other drug service provider, and has more than 20 years’ experience in a career spanning both Government and Non-Government sectors.
Emma is a Board Director of the Western Australian Association for Mental Health (WAAMH), Board Director of the Western Australian Network of Alcohol and other Drug Agencies (WANADA), Committee Member of the Supporting Communities Forum and former Vice Chair of the WA AIDS Council.
Emma is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has a Masters Degree in Applied Social Studies and Post-Graduate Social Work Diploma, a Post Qualifying Award in Social Work, Bachelors with Hons in Theology, and a Certificate IV in Coaching – with specialist streams in Executive Coaching and Workplace Coaching. Emma is a registered with the AASW.
Emma joined the Board in October 2020.
