The Consumer Utilities Project has been established by WACOSS to work with consumers and consumer representative organisations to achieve reform in the provision of utilities for West Australians.

The project operates a telephone hotline to provide advice and assistance on:

  • Complaint mechanisms
  • Issues concerning financial hardship
  • How to take the next step with your issue
  • Referrals to agencies that can advocate on behalf of
    consumers
