The Consumer Utilities Project has been established by WACOSS to work with consumers and consumer representative organisations to achieve reform in the provision of utilities for West Australians. |
The project operates a telephone hotline to provide advice and assistance on:
- Complaint mechanisms
- Issues concerning financial hardship
- How to take the next step with your issue
- Referrals to agencies that can advocate on behalf of
consumers
