Martin works primarily with Senior Teams (executives, senior managers and middle managers) to enhance their functioning and assist them to improve performance. He has experience in the professional services, community, public, manufacturing, resource and construction sectors. He also works with in tact work teams to assist the leader of the team to enhance team dynamics and productivity.
Martin’s approach to Strategic Planning is to engage with the stakeholders to choose the most appropriate methodology for their situation and then facilitate a thought provoking process to create the organisation’s future.
He is also a very adaptive coach with a wealth of development ideas to assist the people he works with. At a personal level he has a calm easy going nature, but is achievement oriented, focused on obtaining the best results for his clients.
