Lee has been facilitating, public speaking, teaching and working with groups for over 25 years within a variety of Health, Education and Disability organisations as well as the private sector in Western Australia.
Working as a consultant in the field of Human Communication she has a broad base of skills and knowledge to assist clients to enhance both their individual and team communication skills to facilitate positive outcomes.
No stranger to the community sector, Lee has been volunteering her time and passion for over 30 years from her earliest days as a new graduate in the Great Southern town of Esperance to professional development committees, parents and citizens associations and crisis telephone counselling.
After working with WACOSS as their Training and Development Officer in 2008 and a Board member of City West Lotteries house she became committed to working with community sector organisations and has never looked back!
The last few years has seen Lee further hone her training and facilitation skills to become passionate about delivering training sessions on a broad range of topics incorporating the latest in research and development including:

• Time and Stress Management

Her keen ability to engage, challenge and inspire participants makes all her training sessions both rewarding and thoroughly enjoyable. Lee is committed to continual personal growth and empowering others to join her on the road less travelled!
