Karen Mitchell
Karen has been providing mindfulness training in the workplace for eight years through her business, Innovative Skills Enterprises (ISE). Its objective is to bring together ideas and skills which have their basis in positive psychology.
Her work in corporate, government and the not for profit sector has enabled Karen to create powerful tools for real change in people’s lives.
With more than 20 years of skills and experience with individuals, groups and organisations she uses a dynamic and friendly approach (without role plays)! Karen believes that if participants enjoy the day, they will remember the concepts and will be more likely to use the skills in their day to day life.
