It is our goal to provide training services that will genuinely contribute to the professional, personal development skills of training participants, leading to improved performance and productivity in the workplace.
As community workers we are expected to perform many functions in our roles, many of which we may be ill prepared. For example public speaking, working to tight deadlines and dealing with multiple demands. These workshops are designed to provide you with practical skills, build your confidence and help you meet the multiple demands and expectations faced by community workers.
All of the WACOSS workshops are designed as practical workshops to ensure continued development.
