Governance
Taking on the role of a Board or Committee Member is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference to your community. As a member of a board, you will be involved in setting the direction of the organisation and contributing to achieving its mission. In addition, you are committing to take on many legal and community responsibilities when you are elected to a Board or Management Committee.
WACOSS has been developing and delivering governance workshops for over ten years now. Our governance workshops are not off the shelf text books guides. We know that not for profits are not all the same, so we have a range of workshop choices to fit your own level of skills and knowledge in this area. Not sure which workshop you should attend? Give our training coordinator a call today to talk you through the options.
