The State Government of Western Australia’s $10 million Social Enterprise Fund – Grants Program (SEF) aims to increase the number, effectiveness and efficiency of social enterprises in Western Australia by supporting not-for-profit community sector organisations to establish new or strengthen existing social enterprises.
Social Enterprise can provide a valuable source of income for not for profit organisations, helping them to meet their core objectives without relying entirely on fundraising. The SEF will help existing social enterprises to grow and expand or enable new social enterprises to be established.
A number of information sessions are taking place in the coming months to help you find more about the SEF and social enterprise more generally.
The sessions will cover:
- Understanding and running successful social enterprises
- How to apply for support and investment under SEF
