Types of Membership
There a 4 different types of membership available with WACOSS, suitable for both Not-for-profit organisations and individuals working in the Community Services Sector as well as organisations and individuals who support the work of WACOSS and are not directly employed or affiliated with a social service organisation.

1. Social Service Organisation Membership
Social Service Organisation means a non-government society, association, board, service fund or other body whether incorporated or unincorporated which is engaged in some form of social service
Social Service organisations are defined as including services working in the following areas. Please select the service are relevant to your organisation
- Community Services & Development
- Employment & Training
- Aged & Community Care
- Family, Children & Youth Services
- Drug & Alcohol
- Culturally & Linguistically Diverse
- Generalist Welfare
2. Social Service Individual Member
A member that is a natural person who is employed by or affiliated with a Social Service Organisation
3. Associate Member – Organisation
A member that is a body (whether incorporated or unincorporated) that is not a Social Service Organisation
4. Associate Member - Individual
A member that is a natural person who is not employed by a Social Service Organisation
