WACOSS Organisation Development Services offer affordable award winning training and consulting programs that are designed to build and strengthen the capacity of the community sector.  In providing these services, we add confidence and skills to the sector and contribute to the long-term economic, social and environmental prosperity and sustainability of Western Australia.

The WACOSS Organisation Development Services team have been working hard on producing the calendar of training events for January - June 2007 .

Next semesters training workshops include the old favourites such as 'Oh my Goodness, I 'm on a Board' and 'Excuse me Sir.. . But you're Freaking me out!' , as well as a few new workshops such as:

Creating A Motivating Environment
Rewarding and Motivating Staff
Learn how to reward, recognise and retain your staff by using effective incentives and motivational tools.
Connecting Communities
Building communities and transforming conflicts
This highly interactive workshop is designed to increase your interpersonal effectiveness up, down, across and outside your workplace.
Advanced Communication
Communicate for greater effectiveness and success
Build trust and communication within your organisation working from a strength based perspective.
Emotional Intellegence
Learn to recognise the impact of Emotional Intellegence (EQ) on yourself and your team. Learn strategies to develop the EQ of your organisation and resolve team conflict.

WACOSS has also been working on developing a new online booking system to help make the process of booking training even easier . This new site will include information about all of the services and training workshops provided by WACOSS Organisation Development Services as well as enable participants to register and pay online.

The new online booking system and the Training Events Calendar January - June 2007 are now in their final stages of production and will be launched in the coming weeks in the WACOSS Weekly Update and WACOSS eNews, so watch this space!
