Registration Fee Explanation
Important information – please take the time to read before completing your registration form.
Full Delegate: this fee includes entry to all sessions, lunches and tea breaks during the program, name badge and conference bag.
Day Delegate: this fee includes entry to all sessions on selected day, lunch and tea breaks during the program, name badge and conference bag.
Cancellations
Only written advice (facsimile and e-mail accepted) of cancellations will be considered. However, substitutions are always welcome and must also be advised in writing. All registration forms received will be accepted in good faith and processed as registered. Cancellations and “No shows” that have not
paid will be charged the full registration fee.
Cancellation Date Refund
Before 15 April 2006 - Incur a cancellation fee of $100 and forfeit all
accommodation payments.
After 16 April 2006 - No refund (application for refund will be considered under exceptional cases).
Communication
All communication with registered delegates will be by email wherever an email address is provided, or by fax. If you register and do not receive a confirmation either by email or fax within 3 working days please contact the

Disability Facilities
Venue/Accommodation: Sheraton Perth Hotel has 3 disabled rooms. Depending on the severity of disability - facilities include: hand rails in shower, showers and bathrooms large enough to accommodate a wheelchair and hand held shower etc. All facilities meet the Disability Requirements.
The venue has 4 elevators operating to the convention floor, business centre and hotel rooms. In addition, there is an elevator operating directly from the hotel car park which goes directly to the main hotel lobby.

Accommodation
The organising committee is delighted to be able to offer delegates a range of specially negotiated hotel and apartment accommodation within close proximity to the conference venue.
Accommodation is room only.
Either one night’s accommodation deposit or a credit card number is required to secure your booking. Delegates are required to settle their own accounts including any incidentals incurred upon check out.
Please indicate on the Conference Registration Form which hotel or apartment accommodation you would like to reserve. Should your first preference not be available EventEdge will automatically place you in the next available hotel at a similar rate.

Climate
The conference is being held during autumn. the average maximum temperature is 21°C and average minimum is 10°C.
Dress
Casual dress is recommended for the conference sessions.
Meals
The Conference Organisers recogniser that some delegates may have special dietary needs. Please advise the Conference Secretariat in writing if you wish them to make alternative arrangements for you.
Parking
Limited undercover self parking for the conference delegates and in house guests is available at a cost of $10 per day.
