WACOSS is seeking a dynamic Executive Support Officer to work with both our CEO and Director of Policy supporting our Management team. This is an important role within our organisation which communicates and manages relationships with high-level stakeholders, including Ministerial offices, senior public servants, community sector CEOs, peak organisations and WACOSS members.
Key tasks include assisting with the organisation of Board and committee meetings, diary management, the formulation of official correspondence, as well as liaison and communication with key stakeholders.
The successful applicant will use their judgement, initiative and discretion to manage critical relationships, as we work alongside our members, other organisations, government agencies and the community at large to advocate for the best interest of disadvantaged and vulnerable people in Western Australia.
We are seeking someone with excellent communication, administrative and IT skills and an understanding of the broad issues facing disadvantaged Western Australians.

WACOSS is seeking a dynamic Administrative Officer to work in it’s organisation. This is an important role within our organisation which communicates and assists with logistical support across all teams within WACOSS, while interacting with the organisation’s stakeholders and members.
Key tasks include answering the telephone and responding to initial enquiries about WACOSS, assisting with the coordination of meetings, control of petty cash and stationary, reconciliation of the organisation’s credit cards and logistical support (eg travel and accommodation bookings) to the three teams within WACOSS.
The successful applicant will use their judgement, initiative and discretion to manage the various scenarios that arise with WACOSS’ stakeholders and members as we liaise with other organisations, government agencies and the community at large to advocate for the best interest of disadvantaged and vulnerable people in Western Australia.
