Conference Prices

Subsidies: Please note, staff working in community organisations, volunteers, community members and consumers can apply for a subsidy to attend.  Subsidies cover full or partial cost of registration and a contribution for regional delegates towards travel and accommodation. To apply go to registration page and complete, tick applying for a subsidy and an application form will be sent to you for completion. Subsides do not apply to Gala Dinner as these prices have already been discounted based on organisation size.

All prices quoted in this brochure are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

This dinner is combined with the WACOSS conference and is held on the evening of the 9th May. Don't miss this opportunity to attend this event. Includes entertainment and three course dinner overlooking the Swan River.

*Shared Registrations  are available upon request, however is limited to two people per organisation, per day. Names of all delegates must be emailed to emmap@eecw.com.au by 27 April 2012.

Speaker rate is for people who have had a submitted abstract accepted and been asked to present a workshop session.
***Orgnisational turnover may include the regular income from all sources, including grants and subsidies, but excluding project and capital grants.

Cancellation Policy

Should you be unable to attend a substitute delegate is welcome.  All cancellations or alterations to registration must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat – EECW Pty Ltd.   All registration forms will be received and accepted in good faith and processed as registered.  Cancellations and ‘No Shows’ that have not paid will be charged the full registration fee and any incidentals including accommodation.

Booked after 6/04/2012                      No refund will be made

*All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the Conference.

Payment Information
